What an amazing experience! The remote location of this eco lodge allowed me to truly disconnect from the world and immerse myself in nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hikes I went on were breathtaking, and the local village visit was a unique opportunity to interact with the locals. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of Sri Lankan and western dishes. Despite some minor drawbacks such as basic accommodation and a lack of mosquito net, I highly recommend this eco lodge for a truly immersive and eco-friendly stay. I can't wait to go back and experience it all over again.

We had a truly exceptional stay at an eco lodge in the beautiful Sri Lankan jungle. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and treated like royalty. Our cabin was spotlessly clean, with a stunning view of the lake and mountains. The shower, heated by solar panels, was a luxurious touch. Every detail, from the romantic candle lamp to the organic and locally sourced food, was thoughtful and made with love. The highlight of our stay was the trip to the waterfall, where we learned about the local plants and enjoyed a picnic and swim. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the jungle was a magical experience. This eco lodge truly embodies sustainable and local tourism. we highly recommend this outstanding adventure.

This place was a hidden gem! the location was just perfect for us. We were able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and really enjoy some peace and quiet. the views were breathtaking, and we loved being surrounded by nature. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the delicious food and the fact that they offered free guided hikes every day.
There wasn't much to dislike about this place, but if we had to nitpick, we would say that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. keep in mind that this place is a bit remote, so if you're looking for nightlife or lots of restaurants and shops, this might not be the best choice for you.

The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views. The guided treks through the jungle were a unique experience, with the chance to discover a variety of plants and trees. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay special, even preparing a special dish for a birthday celebration. The huts were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. Waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning was a true pleasure.
While the hotel offered a peaceful and quiet environment, it could be a bit isolated for those looking for a bustling city experience. the lack of technology and amenities may not be suitable for guests who require constant connectivity or modern conveniences.

Nothing, all great.

The food is absolutely amazing, serving mouth-watering Sri Lankan cuisine and offering delicious western alternatives. The friendly staff made our experience even better with their knowledge and attentiveness. We went on two jaw-dropping hikes, including a refreshing river swim in the local village. Learning about local fruit and spices was super interesting. It was a nice change to be off the beaten track, away from the crowds. The owners' mission to replant and conserve the surrounding land is truly inspiring. The rooms, while simple, provide privacy and are well-designed with private bathrooms. The free wifi in the common area was reasonably reliable. this eco lodge offers an unforgettable experience packed with great food, amazing hikes, and a commitment to conservation.

A truly memorable stay surrounded by nature, with knowledgeable staff who provide an unforgettable experience. the location is perfect for those who want to explore the great outdoors by going on treks in the mountains and experiencing the local wildlife firsthand. the cabins are comfortable, with hot showers, and offer a serene view of the jungle. the food is delicious and made with care, and the staff go out of their way to accommodate guests, from organising treks to providing supplies for your adventure.
The pillows could be more comfortable.

Staying at this eco lodge during Christmas season was truly amazing. The unique experience of living in harmony with nature was breathtaking. The view from our accommodation was unparalleled, we could see the beautiful lake and mountains which gave us a sense of calmness. The food offered by the resort was organic and locally grown, and it was simply delicious. We had an informative experience learning about the spices and fruits grown on the property - the local guide was extremely knowledgeable.
Although the stay was a relaxing one, it was a bit too remote for our liking. We had to travel quite some distance to reach the hotel which made us feel isolated.
